Thing #20: YouTube

I use YouTube on almost a daily basis, always checking for highlights from the latest sports game, or a movie review like this one above. I think that it's a great resource because students would be able to make a video for a class project, then post it on YouTube for all to watch. A simple internet connection and a click of the mouse, and the entire classroom can see. no more bringing in a DVD copy, or VCR...YouTube takes care of that.

Also, whenever I was able to make a video project with my friends about the subject, I always remembered the material better. Some of my fondest memories from high school are making educational videos, because we were given creative freedom to make it funny, yet informative.
